Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• 10+ years of construction project experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and customer engagement skills.
• Strong financial acumen to manage margins and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedule using scheduling software (GMP/baseline).
• Prepare and analyze CFR and PFR to monitor project finances and margins.
• Plan and manage non-billable costs to meet margin goals.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and change order processes (SCO/OCO).
• Coordinate subcontractor insurance and compliance and manage buyouts.
