Linbeck is seeking a Mid-Level Office Manager to oversee construction projects in Abilene, TX. The Project Manager I will guide scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and client satisfaction goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial reporting, and collaboration with the project team and client stakeholders on large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or business.
• 10+ years of construction project experience with a General Contractor.
• Advanced leadership, supervisory, and collaboration skills.
• Strong business acumen and customer engagement ability.

Responsibilities

• Utilize master scheduling software to develop and maintain GMP, baseline and updated schedules.
• Manage the Project Financial Report (PFR) to project costs and savings.
• Prepare the monthly CFR to reflect project financial status and margins.
• Plan for Non-Billable Costs to meet margin goals.
• Use Job Dashboard for current status, challenges, and quarterly reporting.
• Create a Work Plan for Confidential Payroll and project costs.
• Evaluate subcontractor pay applications against LPR/field conditions.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance compliance and COI/LSIP requirements.
• Manage Self-Perform financials, estimates, contracts, and monthly reports.
• Implement QA/QC program including A3s, pre-install meetings, and peer reviews.
• Review and execute SCOs and OCOs with proper language and timing.
• Oversee subcontractor change management to protect cost, schedule, scope, and contracts.
• Oversee Owner Change Orders with Owner and Design Team to manage costs.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and reconciliation throughout the project.
