AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO, seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from planning through commissioning. You will coordinate contractors, review drawings, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in healthcare construction, knowledge of CAD/read drawings, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's preferred; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Healthcare construction project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate project files to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate construction activities with contractors and consultants, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ work and coordinate stakeholder communication.
• Read, interpret CAD drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Oversee site safety, utility interruptions and infection prevention measures.
• Manage project closeout, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
