AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead healthcare design and construction initiatives from conception through occupancy. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years of design/construction PM experience, knowledge of AHCA/JCAHO/DNV codes, and strong communication skills. A PE, GENCON, or PMP are preferred; Bachelor or Master in related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ design and construction PM experience (required)
• 3+ healthcare design/construction PM experience (preferred)
• Experience with AHCA regulations, JCAHO/DNV codes (required)
• Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead design/construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and codes.
• Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders.
• Mentor project staff and ensure training adherence.
