Job summary

Software Placement Group seeks a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in hospitals and clinical facilities in Denver, CO. You will drive scheduling, controls, and team leadership while coordinating work in occupied patient areas to minimize disruption.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare construction, a CM-related degree, hospital renovation experience, and strong communication and client-management skills on full-time, on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction experience with healthcare projects.
• Experience in occupied healthcare environments.
• Hospital renovations and expansions experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects/teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects with strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal patient disruption.
• Support the preconstruction team.
• Support healthcare BD efforts including RFP responses and client interviews.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.

Education
