Cumming Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a Project Manager to support healthcare construction projects. The role coordinates schedules, scope, and cost, prepares PM plans and budgets, and drives permitting with local, state, and federal agencies to meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cost control, and develop action plans to ensure client goals are achieved while maintaining project performance and quality standards. Experience in healthcare construction is preferred.

Qualificações

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• Experience: 5+ years healthcare (hospital) construction experience, supported by a strong background in project management, engineering, or construction management
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost
• Value engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members
• Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project
• Re-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses against goals and clients’ needs
• Coordinate with cost management group for preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation
• Organize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping
• Drive the permitting process by designing team documents for submission to agencies
• Ensure the project design management aligns with client documents (budget, scope, schedule)
• Prepare cost and revenue projections
• Attendance at work during normal business hours
