A strong background in healthcare construction is required. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing scopes, and driving the permitting process.

Qualifications

• Experience with ground-up construction and development projects.
• Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor scope and adjust as needed.
• Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections.
• Knowledge of permitting process and ability to drive timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of how role contributes to organizational goals.
• Ability to build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project and identify opportunities for savings.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal.
• Evaluate documents and align with client goals.
• Develop action plans to drive project progress.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and files.
• Drive permitting process with local/state/federal agencies.
• Ensure design management aligns with client standards and budget.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
