Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare facilities projects in California. You will oversee project coordination, cost management, and scheduling for large hospital programs in the Salinas area, ensuring client objectives are met with rigor and accountability.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, a BS in Construction Management or related field, and California healthcare construction experience including HCAI. CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
• Experience overseeing healthcare construction projects in California
• Experience delivering California healthcare projects subject to HCAI requirements
• Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on large projects or programs.
• Define technical scope of project.
• Coordinate client communications and manage cost, scope, and schedule.
• Review cost estimates and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain monthly budgets and provide reports.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
