Job summary

Leopardo seeks a Project Manager II to lead healthcare construction projects in the Cleveland market, delivering value from inception through closeout. The PM II will oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination and client/A/E relations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership and a track record on mid-sized or multiple small projects, with exposure to estimating and general conditions budgeting, in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction/engineering/architecture.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role with budgeting/estimating exposure.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and blueprints reading.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects; develop budgets and estimates.
• Coordinate permit applications and subcontractor qualifications.
• Develop and monitor master schedule and cost estimates across projects.
• Manage RFIs, change orders and project closeout activities.
• Collaborate with Market Leader and self-perform groups to optimize project delivery.
