Job summary

Leopardo Construction in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-sized projects in municipal, education, and parks & recreation sectors. You will oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting and implementation to align with company goals.

As part of the project management team, you will monitor productivity, manage communications among stakeholders, resolve conflicts and build strong client and A/E relationships. Growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with estimating experience
• Proven record of success on mid-sized and/or multiple small-sized projects
• Understanding of construction processes from design to occupancy
• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules and costs

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects; prepare budgets and estimates
• Coordinate preparation of permit applications and submittals
• Negotiate and draft subcontracts; ensure insurance and compliance
• Develop and monitor detailed master schedules; identify critical path
• Manage RFI and change order processes; maintain logs
• Lead meetings and document minutes; coordinate with site team
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor coordination, inspections and punchlists
• Review job costs, billings and pay applications; manage invoices
