Job summary

Leopardo in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the administration, execution, and completion of mid-sized construction projects and assist a Senior PM on larger ones. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, and maintain strong client and A/E relationships to ensure project success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture and 5+ years of PM experience with knowledge of scheduling software, blueprints, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with estimating experience.
• Understanding of construction processes, blueprint reading, and market knowledge.
• Proficiency with project management and accounting software; ACC Build is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects; prepare budgets and estimates and solicit bids.
• Prepare detailed general conditions budgets and integrate into project budget.
• Coordinate permit applications and submittals; manage subcontractor selection and insurance.
• Develop, monitor and maintain a detailed master schedule with critical path.
• Manage RFIs and change orders; maintain logs and review with the team.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute minutes; ensure safety and quality control.
