Job summary

Leopardo Companies is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee mid-sized projects within our Healthcare group. You will manage budgets, schedules and client relations, while coordinating with estimators, superintendents and design teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or architecture or equivalent training.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM with estimating.
• Understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and estimates; coordinate with estimating for bids.
• Develop and maintain a detailed master schedule and critical path.
• Negotiate, award, and write subcontracts with proper insurance certificates.
• Manage RFI and change order processes; track logs.
• Lead meetings and maintain project documentation and closeout.

Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering or architecture related fields
