Job summary

Leopardo Construction in Cleveland is seeking a Project Manager II for our Healthcare group to lead mid-sized and multiple small projects, ensuring budgets, schedules and quality align with company goals.

You will coordinate preconstruction, bid reviews, permits, subcontracts, RFIs and change orders, and collaborate with estimators, the Market Leader, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time facilities that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering/architecture.
• 5+ years PM or Assistant PM experience with estimating.
• Understanding of construction processes, blueprints and market.
• Proficiency with project management and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction budgeting, bid reviews and value design.
• Develop and manage master schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders and subcontracting.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and Market Leader to ensure quality, safety and occupancy.
