SIRIS is seeking a Project/Construction Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at Kerrville VAMC. You will lead project engineering, planning, scheduling, and design reviews, with emphasis on value management and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include cost estimating, budget control, change order management, documentation, and constructability reviews. Experience in healthcare construction and OSHA safety requirements is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with a four-year degree in architecture, engineering, construction technology or construction management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction management experience; or 10 years experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction, safety practices and building codes.

Aufgaben

• Provide project engineering, planning, scheduling, design reviews and value management assessments.
• Conduct safety compliance reviews and monitor testing and documentation management.
• Prepare cost estimating and budget control, change order management and records.
• Perform constructability reviews and quality assurance monitoring of contractor work.
• Track weekly and monthly reviews, schedule development, and master schedule alignment.
• Coordinate communications and project coordination with stakeholders.
