Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Manager to support EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Kerrville VAMC. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and safety. This role is contingent on contract award with a two-year duration.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or 10 years of CM experience, with healthcare project familiarity preferred. Strong coordination and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction fields with 3+ years CM experience.
• Alternatively, 10 years of relevant CM experience may substitute the degree.
• Healthcare or hospital project experience (VA preferred) is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor construction schedules, milestones, project progress, and critical activities to identify delays.
• Coordinate pre-construction planning, construction phasing, stakeholder meetings, and site mobilization.
• Review plans, RFIs, and submittals for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor budgets, cost estimates, expenditures, and contract changes.
• Facilitate progress meetings, prepare reports, daily logs, and track outstanding issues.
• Monitor construction quality, inspections, testing, commissioning, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, government representatives, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support project closeout including punch lists, as-builts, warranties, and required documentation.
