Job summary

CORE Construction seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across Idaho and the Mountain West. You will be responsible for financial, technical, operational, and client-service success on multiple concurrent projects in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities include preconstruction through turnover, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontracts, while coordinating with site leadership to ensure safety, quality, and owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience.
• At least 3 years directly managing healthcare construction projects.
• Experience managing construction within occupied/operational healthcare facilities.
• Experience with multiple concurrent small- to mid-sized projects.
• CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods preferred.
• Strong leadership, judgment, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and owner expectations.
• Plan risk assessments, infection-control barriers, life-safety measures, and critical shutdowns.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and market growth in Idaho and the Mountain West.
• Mentor project team and demonstrate CORE values in interactions with stakeholders.
