Job summary

PROCEDEO is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Colorado. This role drives planning, coordination, and execution in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, coordinating with Infection Prevention, Facilities, and clinical stakeholders to maintain patient care continuity throughout phased construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction PM experience, with healthcare focus.
• Experience managing construction within occupied/operational healthcare facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ICRA, infection-control practices, life-safety, and phasing.
• Ability to negotiate, write, and administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Travel/relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for financial and technical success of projects.
• Review plans and contracts for scope, risk, and constructability.
• Establish baseline schedules and track progress with milestones.
• Control costs, changes, RFIs, and pay applications.
• Oversee document control, submittals, and closeout records.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination and meetings.
• Coordinate work in occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption.
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Facilities/Engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
• Plan phasing around patient-care areas to protect continuity of care.
• Ensure shutdowns, utilities, and life-safety requirements are properly coordinated.
