Job summary

MPI is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare facilities projects in Fort Collins, overseeing preconstruction through closeout and collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safety and accountability across the project team.

A Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering is preferred; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera P6 is desired; competitive

Qualifications

Experience managing healthcare construction projects as a PM or Senior PM.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
Knowledge of healthcare construction standards, regulatory compliance.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar.
Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead healthcare construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee project planning, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
Monitor project performance and report on scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Promote safety, quality, and accountability across project activities.
