Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with healthcare projects.
• Experience with hospital renovations/expansions and occupied environments.
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and grow healthcare client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and controls.
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, MOBs, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption.
• Support preconstruction activities and business development in healthcare.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety.
