Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project exposure.
• Experience with hospital renovations/expansions and work in occupied healthcare environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams through preconstruction and construction in healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support the preconstruction team and business development efforts in healthcare.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.
