Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Chattanooga, TN to lead multiple client engagements from planning to capital project execution. You will manage schedules, budgets, and procurement for interior renovations and new builds in inpatient/outpatient facilities.

The role requires 3–7 years of PM experience, a related Bachelor’s degree, and professional certifications (PMP, CPM, LEED preferred). Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience (construction/healthcare real estate)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business or related field (or comparable experience)
• PMI requirements for PMP; certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements including due diligence, facility condition assessments, project feasibility and planning, and capital project management
• Develop project schedule and budget
• Coordinate transitions and relocations and lead procurement
• Prepare monthly executive reporting and attend client executive meetings
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers and participate in business development
