Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements, including due diligence, facility assessments, and capital projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement while coordinating transitions and reporting to executives.

The role requires delivering day-to-day project management, leading a project team, and supporting business development in a fast-paced healthcare real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in healthcare real estate/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or demonstrated ability.
• PMI certifications (PMP/CPM) and LEED/AIA/PE/CMC are preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PlanGrid or PMWeb.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for due diligence, facility assessments and capital projects.
• Develop schedules and budgets, oversee procurement and contracts.
• Lead day-to-day project management and client meetings.
• Coordinate transitions, relocations, and reporting to executives.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and support business development.
