Job summary
Realty Trust Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction engagements in the Atlanta area. You will guide due diligence, facility assessments, and capital projects across inpatient and outpatient facilities, driving profitability and client satisfaction.
Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years of PM experience with construction software proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in healthcare/construction.
- Experience with MS Office, PlanGrid, PMWeb and other PM software.
Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements including due diligence evaluations and planning initiatives.
- Oversee project delivery strategies, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Manage project teams including Assistant PMs and PMs; participate in business development.
- Attend client executive level meetings and develop recovery strategies when needed.
- Develop and maintain professional networks; ensure profitability of service lines.
