Job summary

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Asheville, NC. You will lead multiple client engagements, oversee project teams, and manage schedules and budgets for interior renovations, ground-up work, and acute-care facilities.

The role requires 3–7 years of PM experience in healthcare real estate/construction, with a bachelor's degree in a related field. PMP/ CPM/ AIA/ LEED are preferred; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent healthcare/construction experience.
• PMI/PMP or related credentials preferred.
• Experience with healthcare/construction projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for multiple client engagements.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate transitions and relocations.
• Lead procurement and contract processes.
• Prepare monthly executive reports and attend client meetings.
• Oversee Assistant Project Managers and contribute to business development.
