Planate Management Group (PMG) seeks a Construction Manager to support the Kerrville Veterans Affairs Medical Center project. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor schedules, costs, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project goals.

The role is contingent upon contract award with an estimated duration of 2 years, and PMG offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, or related field; 3+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• Alternate: 10 years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with healthcare or VA hospital construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction schedules, milestones, and project progress to identify delays.
• Coordinate pre-construction planning, phasing, and site mobilization with stakeholders.
• Review plans, RFIs, and constructability for compliance with contract requirements.
