GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Manager to support critical infrastructure and renovation projects at the Kerrville Veterans Affairs Medical Center as part of the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Program.

This role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, driving schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations and patient care environments during upgrades, with close collaboration among VA leadership, architects,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field plus 3+ years CM experience
• Or 10+ years CM experience in lieu of degree
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects
• Experience with hospital renovations or occupied facility renovations
• Experience on federal construction projects

Aufgaben

• Manage Construction Project Management activities, schedules, and reporting
• Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, and facility stakeholders
• Lead construction meetings and document progress
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, change orders, and cost controls
• Review RFIs, submittals, and contractor deliverables
• Support occupancy planning, system turnover, and project closeout
