Engtal is seeking a Project Executive to lead a $400M+ healthcare project in the Greater Boston market. The role provides executive oversight of delivery, client relations, financial performance, schedule, risk, and team development across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, healthcare project delivery, and a proven ability to manage complex, regulated environments while guiding a large project team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience at Project Executive, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent level.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing projects in the $200M-$400M+ range.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of a $400M+ healthcare construction project
• Lead the project from preconstruction and planning through construction, commissioning, and final turnover
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the owner, design team, consultants, and key project stakeholders
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and supporting project staff
• Maintain accountability for project financials, forecasting, schedule, quality, safety, and overall execution
• Drive procurement, subcontractor strategy, change management, and risk mitigation
• Partner closely with senior regional leadership on project strategy and key decisions
• Mentor and develop project teams while establishing clear expectations and accountability
