Connect Search, LLC is seeking an accomplished Project Executive with deep healthcare construction experience to lead major projects and strengthen client partnerships. The role requires executive oversight from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, including $50M+ healthcare projects, and a proven track record of onsite delivery, leadership, and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field; equivalent qualifications may be considered.
• At least 10 years of construction experience, including oversight of large healthcare projects.
• Proven success leading complex projects from development through closeout.
• Experience overseeing project financials, contracts, and change management.
• Strong understanding of construction law fundamentals and industry practices.
• Ability to lead and develop project teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare projects with executive oversight from preconstruction to closeout.
• Build lasting client partnerships and serve as a primary client contact.
• Drive project performance including budgets, cost management, contracts, and profitability.
• Support business development through project pursuits and RFP responses.
• Develop high-performing teams by mentoring project managers and staff.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients and project partners.
• Navigate project complexity and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Promote operational excellence and consistent execution across projects.
