Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead our Healthcare Construction division in the Atlanta market. This role drives strategic leadership, oversees multiple healthcare projects, mentors teams, and strengthens relationships with owners and healthcare systems.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and profitability while supporting business development and expanding market presence in a dynamic healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with healthcare projects.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare projects and teams.
• Experience overseeing projects >$50M+.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and partners.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, risk management and profitability.
• Ensure schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Support business development and client presentations.
• Grow healthcare portfolio and expand market presence.
• Resolve complex project challenges and drive strategic decisions across multiple projects.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of delivering complex healthcare facilities while building strong client relationships and mentoring high-performing project teams.

As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee multiple healthcare projects, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to owners, healthcare systems, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, risk management, and profitability.
• Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Support business development efforts, client presentations, and pursuit strategies.
• Partner with operations leadership to grow the healthcare portfolio and expand market presence.
• Resolve complex project challenges and drive strategic decision-making across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant healthcare project experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large scale healthcare construction projects and project teams.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects with combined values exceeding $50M+.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility construction, phasing, renovations, and occupied environments.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
