Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years in lead management roles for CM at Risk or similar.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in cost reporting and MS Office usage.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects with PMs, engineers, and admins.
• Establish operational priorities and safe, quality-focused execution.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals and interviews.
• Oversee preconstruction, budgets, schedules, risks and logistics.
• Manage project progress from preconstruction through close-out.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor performance, cost, and profitability.
• Mentor and coach staff; conduct performance evaluations every 6 months.
• Negotiate owner contracts and oversee subcontract development.
