Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience as Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
• Strong healthcare and/or life sciences construction experience.
• Experience overseeing technically complex renovations and occupied-facility projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, budgets, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, and overall profitability.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Collaborate directly with ownership on operational improvements and long-term business growth.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Project Executive | Leadership Opportunity with a Growing General Contractor

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, growing general contractor based in the Boxborough area that has built an excellent reputation delivering technically complex healthcare, life sciences, and building infrastructure projects throughout Greater Boston.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, the team is looking to bring on an experienced Project Executive who can take ownership of projects, lead teams, manage client relationships, and play a key role in the company's long-term success.

You'll have the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects across markets including:

• Healthcare & Medical Facilities
• Life Sciences & Laboratories
• Building Infrastructure
• Commercial & Corporate Interiors
• Institutional Renovations
• Occupied Facility Construction

Projects typically range from $1M to $15M+, including complex renovations, laboratory fit-outs, healthcare improvements, and infrastructure upgrades throughout Greater Boston and surrounding Massachusetts markets.
