Job summary

Rila Recruitment is assisting a reputable General Contractor in finding a Project Executive to oversee healthcare construction projects in San Francisco, CA. The role requires guiding projects from concept through closeout, leading teams, managing budgets and schedules, and cultivating client and architect relationships.

You will coordinate work in occupied healthcare facilities to minimize disruption to patient care while directing preconstruction activities and pursuing new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with a General Contractor, including work as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive.
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects from concept through closeout.
• Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, infection control, and occupied facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
