Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct high volumes of calls using the centralized telephone system.
• Provide information, transfer calls, and ensure smooth communication transitions across the organization.
• Page providers and personnel, initiate emergency procedures, and coordinate overhead paging.
• Monitor alarms, security cameras, and communication equipment; escalate issues as needed.
• Follow organizational guidelines to maintain consistent service quality and respond to interruptions calmly
