Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience with multiline phone systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening and speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; solid typing and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and direct high volumes of calls using centralized system.
• Provide information, transfer calls, and ensure smooth communication.
• Page providers and personnel; initiate emergency procedures and overhead paging.
• Monitor alarms, security cameras and communication equipment.
• Maintain awareness of guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent service.
• Work efficiently under pressure with accuracy during interruptions.
