Job summary

Freeman is seeking a qualified switchboard operator to manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls for patients, guests and vendors. You will maintain various call schedules and ensure timely communication with clinical and non-clinical teams.

The role emphasizes responding to emergency lines and coordinating with Emergency Response Teams via paging, texting, email or overhead systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, with telecom experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years telecom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line switchboard and route patients, guests and vendors to the appropriate place.
• Maintain Physician/Clinical/Non-Clinical call schedules.
• Answer Emergency lines and notify Emergency Response Teams via paging, texting, email and/or overhead paging system.
