• Five years in a healthcare/administrative capacity with two years supervisory experience.
• For HM applicants, four years HM experience with two years of progressively responsible leadership/project management experience will be considered.
• Experience in clinic management preferred

• Drives department service standards to impact patient satisfaction and accessibility.
• Optimizes clinical operations and patient flow for quality care and access.
