The role includes supervising staff, training, policy implementation, performance improvement, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. The manager collaborates with administrators to optimize revenue and service standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience, including one year in a managerial role; HM internal candidates noted with progressive leadership.
• Practice Management Certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to coach staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations, staffing, scheduling and performance to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop policies, procedures and staffing plans aligned with goals.
• Coach, supervise and develop staff to meet performance and regulatory standards.
• Ensure budget compliance and efficient utilization of resources.
• Support department leadership in performance improvement initiatives and patient experience goals.
