Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field OR Master’s degree combined with HM Fellow.
• Three years of experience related to business or healthcare administration; HM employee with two years may be considered.
• Registered and/or certified professional in area of expertise preferred (optional).

Responsibilities

• Leads program meetings, providing meaningful contributions that drive decision-making and clearly identifies next steps.
• Leads program strategies with key stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Facilitates communication with authority to individuals and groups to engage and inform.
• Recommends opportunities for improvement of department/program score for turnover/retention/employee engagement.
