Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years in healthcare/administrative capacity with two years supervisory experience.
• For HM applicants, four years HM experience with two years of progressively responsible leadership/project management experience.
• Experience in clinic management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily work activities of the department staff and scheduling.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency; support staffing decisions.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control; monitor department financials.
• Improve patient access and streamline workflows.
• Lead and participate in policy development; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching and develop staff; lead department meetings.
