Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience with at least one year in a managerial role.
• Preferred Practice Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and staffing to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with leadership to align staffing, scheduling, and budgets with patient access goals.
