This role partners with the Administrator/Operations Manager to develop staffing structures and processes that deliver high‑quality care and superior patient experience.

The position requires leadership, staffing, and budget management skills to ensure safe, compliant operations while driving revenue through efficient workflows and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Practice Management Certification preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience with at least one year in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Participates in management responsibilities of selection, scheduling, supervision, retention, and evaluation of employees in the department.
• Mentors staff and ensures proper training and compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with department leadership to achieve patient access and provider efficiency goals.
• Oversees daily department operations, staffing, and budget adherence.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment and supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Manages staffing changes to align with provider schedules and patient volumes.
