Qualifications

• Five years in a healthcare/administrative capacity with supervisory experience.
• For HM applicants, four years HM experience with two years of progressively responsible leadership/project management experience will be considered.
• Experience in clinic management preferred.

• Manages the daily work activities of department staff and supervises outcomes.
• Leads staffing decisions, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure quality.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement policies and ensure compliant, efficient operations.
