Job summary

Noble Community Clinics, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Wisconsin, seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary clinic and to foster an environment focused on patient- and staff-centered care.

You will lead operational excellence, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives while upholding HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and DHS compliance in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Ability to manage multiple healthcare service lines while maintaining operational excellence.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a small multidisciplinary clinic.
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate clinic workflows, staffing, and daily priorities.
• Support organizational initiatives and operational excellence.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinic staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules; monitor staffing needs.
