Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary clinic in Sheboygan, WI. You will drive efficient, patient-centered care and lead staff development across teams to achieve service excellence.

You will implement quality improvement initiatives, monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the clinic.

Formación

• Three (3) or more years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership for a small multidisciplinary clinic.
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure patient-centered care.
• Coordinate staffing, workflows, and priorities.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinic staff and onboarding.
