Job summary

Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin seeks a Clinic Manager to organize and direct primary care operations at the East Clinic. You will supervise nursing and care staff, coordinate with the Clinic Medical Director, and ensure a productive, patient-centered workflow.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to advance quality care and community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business or relevant field or equivalent training is required.
• Five (5) years of progressive management experience in a clinic practice setting is required.
• Valid Wisconsin RN license required if a Nurse.
• CPR/AED certification required with 4 months of employment.
• Must have Wisconsin driver license and good driving record.
• Ability to promote mission and strategic vision; collaborate with Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Leader.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills; ability to manage day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality; adherence to compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and manage primary care operations at assigned clinics.
• Direct supervision of RN Team Coordinator, RN, Care Team Specialist and Patient Care Technicians.
• Collaborate with Clinic Medical Director and Reception Team Supervisor to ensure productive, quality-driven practice.
• Oversee staffing, customer service, and financial performance of the clinic.
• Support community relationships and market visibility in collaboration with other departments.
