Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside account management or sales (B2B/B2C).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to support and grow client relationships.
• Act as key point of contact for existing clients, helping ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain regular communication with both decision-makers and office staff.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service.
• Stay on top of client issues, follow up promptly, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Track performance and report on KPIs.
