Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager I to develop and maintain strong client and broker partnerships for 20–30 small to medium accounts. You will guide strategic planning, drive engagement to improve clinical and savings outcomes, and coordinate with Sales and Operations on implementations.

You hold a Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration and have 2–5 years in healthcare or related fields, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• 2–5 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits.
• Strong presenting and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong client and broker/consultant partnership with assigned small to medium-sized clients.
• Engage in strategic and proactive planning within the client’s line of business.
• Identify opportunities to engage employee populations to drive clinical and savings outcomes.
• Lead client reporting and performance tracking; manage renewals and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams on client success initiatives.
