Ludi Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within its healthcare technology platform.

This role partners with the VP of Implementation and VP of Account Management to ensure accurate data loads, quality assurance, contract mapping, and client training in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years healthcare-related experience required; familiarity with physician-hospital contracts strongly preferred.
• Healthcare industry dynamics knowledge and contract structures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in client implementations by loading client data into software input formats with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review physician-hospital duty structures and provide recommendations on mapping within the platform.
• Support project work including scout management, product testing, service calls, and training.
• Conduct quality assurance on data loads and deliverables under guidance.
• Identify contract review trends and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Coordinate timelines for data loads, QA processes, and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and upsell Ludi products/services.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to support renewals and account growth goals.
• Remote position, but must be located in the United States.

Educación
