Job summary

Ludi Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within our healthcare technology platform.

This role collaborates with the VP of Implementation and VP of Account Management to ensure accurate data loads, QA, contract mapping, and training support. A strong mix of healthcare knowledge, analytical thinking, and organization is essential in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of healthcare-related experience required; familiarity with physician-hospital contracts strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly provider compensation and contractual structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client implementations by loading client data into software input formats with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review physician-hospital duty structures and advise on mapping within the platform.
• Support project work including scout management, product testing, service calls, and training for physicians/approvers.
• Conduct quality assurance on data loads and deliverables under supervision.
• Identify trends during contract review and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Coordinate timelines for data loads, QA processes, and client requirements with senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and upsell relevant Ludi products and services.
• Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to support renewals and account growth.
