Ludi, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to support successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within its healthcare technology platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years healthcare-related experience required; familiarity with physician-hospital contracts strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly provider compensation and contractual structures
  • Articulate and resourceful communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy and documentation
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to identify trends or inconsistencies in contract review
  • Strong writing, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home office within a fast-paced, early-stage company
  • Flexible and adaptable to move across functional areas as needed
  • Experience selling or expanding accounts within hospitals/health systems is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in client implementations by loading client data into software input formats with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review and assess physician-hospital duty structures and provide recommendations on mapping within the platform
  • Support project work including scout management, product testing, service calls, and physician/approver training
  • Conduct quality assurance on data loads and other deliverables under direction
  • Identify trends during contract review and escalate issues to senior leadership
  • Coordinate timelines for data loads, QA processes, and client-specific requirements
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and recommend additional Ludi products and services
  • Partner with the Senior Account Manager to present upsell opportunities and support renewals

Job description

The Client Services Associate supports successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within Ludi’s healthcare technology platform. The ideal candidate combines healthcare knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills to contribute to seamless client onboarding and operational excellence in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in client implementations by loading client data into software input formats with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and assess physician-hospital duty structures and provide recommendations on appropriate mapping within the platform.
  • Support project work as needed, including help with scout management, product testing, service calls, and physician/approver training.
  • Conduct quality assurance on data loads and other deliverables at the direction of the Senior Director of Implementation.
  • Identify trends during contract review, apply critical thinking, and escalat it issues appropriately to senior leadership.
  • Assist the Senior Director of Implementation in coordinating timelines for data loads, QA processes, and client-specific requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and recommend additional Ludi products and services that align with each client’s needs.
  • Partner with the Senior Account Manager to present upsell opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to account growth goals.
  • Remote position, but must be located in the United States
Education, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
